A real paradise between history and nature!

The coast of Cavallino-Treporti is a long rich peninsula situated between Venice and Jesolo that attracts for the varieties of its landscapes and for the genuine hospitality of its inhabitants. It is washed by the Adriatic Sea and by the waters of the lagoon, the littoral stretches for 15 kilometers and is characterized by an environment of great naturalistic importance in which the long golden beach, the dunes, the pinewood and the vegetable gardens follow one another; and the fascinating lagoon landscape with its canals, saltmarshes, muds and the fishing valleys. 4 Naturalistic routes

Two perfectly balanced ecosystems. Upon arriving in the peninsula of Cavallino-Treporti you can admire a territory of an authentic beauty and immediately see its two souls: the marine and the lagoon ones. Here, every dawn and dusk seem painted by an artist: the sun that rises from the sea in the morning and dives in the lagoon waters at dusk, paints the waters and the sky of red, drawing on the horizon the outlines of suggestive landscapes.

It will be really exciting to get lost in this natural setting where the flora and the fauna reign in complete harmony: here you can contemplate seagulls, herons, cormorants and little egrets. Admire elegant pink flamingoes or discover the fishing valleys where eels, basses, gilthead breams are bred.

The history of Cavallino-Treporti

Traces of an ancient history in a young Municipality. The Municipality of Cavallino-Treporti is one of the youngest in Italy. Born in 1999, after the separation from Venice, it has a strong economic, social and territorial identity, but it is also deeply connected with its history and traditions.
