Mar y Soles

The Mar y Soles apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of a residence with swimming pool and large free parking, bar, bicycle rental and deli on the ground floor. The free and equipped beach is 500 meters away, a few minutes walk. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with window, large open space with kitchen, living room, lounge with French sofa bed for a total of 3/4 beds and large terrace furnished with table and 6 chairs. Equipped with washing machine, TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, independent heating, WiFi and fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are available for guests. Nearby supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop to reach the ferry boat to Venice and the islands and to Jesolo Lido. A small dog allowed on request, supplement and/or security deposit will be required. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Respect the quiet hours from 1pm to 3pm and from 11pm to 8am.
