Tourist Environmental Center

The Tourist Environmental Center (CAT) of Cavallino-Treporti, inaugurated in 2016, is dedicated to promoting sustainability and protecting the local environment. Located near protected areas, the CAT aims to raise awareness among residents and visitors about the importance of preserving biodiversity in this fragile and valuable coastal ecosystem.

During the summer, the center offers information services and organizes guided tours in nearby natural areas such as pine forests, dunes, and beaches. These visits, led by expert staff, allow participants to explore the local flora and fauna and learn about the techniques used to protect these habitats, such as installing windbreaks and planting native species.
