The Gazpacho of Cavallino-Treporti
In a perfect summer it can not be missed to have the perfect dish, which encludes all the flavors of this season and makes you remember your vacation in Cavallino-Treporti.
We are ready to offer it!
A good gazpacho remade with the delicacies produced in the gardens of the Venetian lagoon.
Ingredients for four people:
- ½ kg of "datterino" tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 4 radishes
- ½ carrot
- ¼ red onion
- ½ yellow pepper
- 1 bunch of basil
- l White bread crumb
- 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil as needed
- Salt to taste
No recipe has ever been so easy to prepare. Blend all the ingredients with a blender, adding oil to whisk everything. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, to blow your guests mind garnish the dish with raw vegetables cut into julienne and ... do not forget the bread croutons!
